Arrivals by United Location

Can someone tell me where Arrivals by United is Located at in ORD? at the RCC????

Never used it, but ISTR someone in the United forum (would be good to ask there) saying it is near the customer service center by gate C18.

Now this strikes me as silly. Why on earth put your Arrivals suite in Terminal 1, when all your international flights will be arriving at Terminal 5?

If ORD is actually your destination, then will TSA even let you into T1 to use the Arrivals suite?

I suspect that they either couldn't get space in T5 or it would have been extremely costly compared to space in T1 that they already owned.

TSA doesn't make that decision (they don't look at your boarding pass at ORD), United does. So, I suspect you could, though you'd have all your bags at that point, so you couldn't get through with a large bag. Given the extra transit time over to T1, I would just go home/to the hotel.
