WV part of midwest?
not sure to whom this should be directed, but--
as a life-long resident of west virginia, I certainly don't consider myself a midwesterner. we belong in the mid-atlantic category!

I was surprised once to hear a Missourian say he was from the Midwest. WV would be quite a bit more surprising than that. Mid-Atlantic, of course.
