The Back Room, Chicago
In the good ol' days we used to frequent a wonderful place in Chicago called the Back Room for lovely impromptu, post dinner drinks and music.
Sadly, this closed down and several years later I find myself heading back to Chicago on regular occasion with the occasional free evening.
Would love to try and find something similar. Live music, a good drink, a place to spend an hour.
Is there a list somewhere for Chicago and other cities across the US for good live music (does not have to be jazz or blues - just a good evening out.)
