Hotel brunch buffet in Chicago?

Hotel brunch buffet in Chicago?
Anyone know which luxury hotels are bringing back the buffet brunch/lunch in Chicago? Back in the day, the Peninsula, the Four Seasons, the Signature Room (though not a hotel) had awesome brunches.

We are planning on a large family get-together next Spring, and it would be fun to add that to our to-dos.

So your focus is specifically downtown or are you willing to consider suburban hotels as well?

Downtown would be ideal because there is other touristy stuff to do. But suburban could work, too. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
