Great news Everybody! You don't have spent the money on WiFi anymore. You can get a free WiFi at O'Hare & Midway Airport as well.

The article dates back to May 23. It is only access to the 42 web sites listed in the article.
I tried to use it the last time I was at O'Hare. I tried going to the United Airlines web site. It let me into the home page without trouble, but about 50% of my attempts to use a link on the home page were blocked. For example, it blocked access to the flight status page on about half the tries. It was very unpredictable.
