Hi,
I've found great information here, but I need more I will be visiting Chicago for the first time by 28 Nov to 7Dec ..and I was wondering if there would be any sport game I can attend? (football, Hockey ...etc). also, if there is any restaurant or bar that shows Italian league in Michigan ave. ? almost forgot any famous jazz club too..
Thanks in advance

I know a lot of bars/restaurants show various international sports, but I'm not well connected to that world so I can't point you to any specifics. You might want to email the Italian consulate (which, if I remember correctly, is located just on Michigan Ave. or very close to it)--I'm sure they could point you to a few locations.
The Green Mill is one of Chicago's most legendary jazz clubs.

Re soccer, see here: http://www.worldsoccerbars.com/chicago-soccer-bars
My guess is that The Globe Pub would be your best bet, though its probably a good 25-30min from Mich Ave.
