On-Line View of Miles . . . Missing?

On-Line View of Miles . . . Missing?
I have been unable to view either my mileage balance or activity for the past two days. There is no mention of the system undergoing a monthly update routine.
Is this typical? Is anyone else having the same problem?

No problem here.
From the main page, typed in my user name and password
Then from the login page clicked "My Account"
Then from that page clicked "View Activity"
However, I did notice a flight from last week still hasn't posted after 6 days...

I guess I'll just chalk it up to routine maintenance.
