To receive Midwest Miles Executive status, you need EITHER of the following within a calendar year: 20,000 miles flown on Midwest Airlines OR 20 one-way trips (origin to destination) flown on Midwest Airlines.

Midwest Miles Executive members receive the following benefits:

1) 50% Mileage Bonus on Midwest Airlines, Midwest Connect, and Midwest Airlines codeshare flights

2) Beginning at 30,000 flight miles, members receive bonus miles each time a mileage threshold is reached, maximum of 15,000 miles total.

3) YXTRA Award - If there's a seat available, you can have it for 40,000 miles. No need to worry about limited award seat availability.

4) Award Discount - 5000 mile discount on Midwest Airlines reward or 10,000 mile discount on an award for 40,000 miles or more

5) Partner Offers - Exclusive offers & benefits from partners

6) Dedicated toll-free number

This comes straight from the Midwest Miles website. Check out http://www.midwestairlines.com/frequ...ams/ffplus.asp if you have any further questions.
