Qatar layover sleeping
I've got an 8-hour layover in Doha landing around midnight so was looking to sleep. A cabin with a reclinable seat is over 100e and a crappy windowless bunkbed room is over 200e in-terminal and doesn't have a shower as far as I can see. The Oryx hotel is over 250e for their cheapest room which for 5 hours is 50e an hour feels a little much.
What are my other options to get QUICKLY to a bed and shower so I can sleep before the 13-hour second leg that aren't going to require too much time getting out and back into the airport, be expensive, sub-par or all of the above? Are there even any?

Options are plenty. If there's nothing on in the city, hotels are relatively inexpensive, and the city is a short taxi ride from the airport.
You could even take the metro. 4 stops and 50 from a Holiday Inn.

How quick is it to exit the airport? I'm flying business so I assume some sort of fasttrack?

If you are in QR business you get an expedited channel plus lounge. Turn left when you hit the immigration area. It's usually quick, though if there's only one officer on duty it can get clogged up by a "difficult" passport.
