UAE Visa on arrival question

New user here. I am an Indian citizen with a US green card, flying from BLR to IAD, planning to take a break in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. As per the UAE embassy website in DC, I am eligible for visa on arrival by paying AED100. Cannot paste link/photos as I don't have enough history on these forums.

However Etihad airlines doesn't mention this option at all. Now, I am confused whether I need to apply for a tourist visa ahead of time through Etihad. Any inputs on this appreciated.

Holding a US green card makes you eligible for an on-arrival visa. See this resource for Abu Dhabi stopover tours requirements to learn about the visa terms in Abu Dhabi which is the same as in Dubai

Being a green card holder makes you eligible for on arrival transit visa for up to 72 Hrs. You are welcome to leave the airport for an Abu Dhabi stopover tour.
No need to apply for any further visa so.
