Problems getting tested in Dubai before returning to US?

We have a 1:35 AM departure Monday from Dubai on BA (connecting to AA) headed back to the US via LHR. Per US rules we need to take a Covid test anytime the previous day (Sunday). Problem is, I cannot find anyplace in Dubai that does rapid antigen (lateral flow) tests with immediate results ... all the places I can find online are only doing PCR tests with a 24-hour turnaround time at best. This will not work for us. How exactly are people getting tested in Dubai before flying to the US these days??? Even our hotel doesn't offer in-room rapid tests, they only offer PCR tests...

Just bring a couple antigen tests with you?

eMed. That's what I've used on every trip back to the US.

Since schools reopened last week, many test places have been taking longer to return results and big queues, it seems to be settling now though because everyone is back from holidays and back at work.

Recent recommendations from various groups I'm in:
Agiomix Labs - 6 hour and 12 hour express PCR service ( 123pcr.ae )
Expo testing site - 8-12 hours
Medicentres home testing
Lateral Flow Tests at T3 airport departures near Costa, 150dhs
Fakeeh Hospital - currently taking ~12 hours (drive thru queue can be long, but quick if you do walk in)
Mena Labs - also about 12 hours now
American Hospital - also about 12 hours

OP, there are a number of covid related threads over in the Middle East forum asking this exact type of thing. I would suggest reading and/or asking over there as you'll have a much wider audience of folks that that have traveled through DXB, and this has nothing to do with AA.

Moving to the Middle East forum, where there is already discussion of testing options in the UAE/DBX. Thanks. /JY1024, AAdvantage forum co-moderator

Used the American Hospital last year 2x when my wife and I were on honeymoon - was about 8 hours and 9 hours when taking the test at 2-3am both time.
