TLV airport to city fast lane
So, took a taxi (2 pax + driver) into Tel Aviv city using the discount taxi which cost ILS126 on a Sunday morning
the driver suggested to take the fast lane for an additional ILS 70.
thing is, im not sure if this toll is meant to be charged? i thought taxis (with total 3 pax including driver are exempt) or am I mistaken?
