Best business class route US to Dubai?

Best business class route US to Dubai?
Hello all!
Flying East Coast US to Dubai, business class, and I have the opportunity to book my own route and carrier. What's the overall best option for this long haul in terms of amenities, comfort, food, and general travel pleasantries? Travel is in November, and can travel from any major US city, with a slight preference for Chicago, although JFK, Atlanta, DC, or others are doable.
My quick research makes me think that Emirates via DC or JFK because that's their A380 routes, but I'd love to know if there's a cushier option.
