Egypt SSH visa for Moldova citizens

Hello, I would like to travel to Sharm-el-Sheih (from Rome via Istanbul) with my family. Should we have a visa before or can we opt for an on-arrival visa? We are citizens of Moldova with a residence permit in Italy, I am 31 years old and wife 26 years old and the cost is 2 years.

Thank you, Serghei Culesov.
