I had promised to drive a group of friends to TLV today (three hours from my kibbutz) and we were supposed to leave at 1 pm.

I was locked up there for 7 hours couldn't even check in, it was a mad and an absolute nightmare, people sleeping on the floor, no info was given at all from anybody, flights were landing but most didn't have their luggage unloaded, no flights departured, am now waiting for my flight to depart.Originally Posted by bosbjg

To make things short: It was a horrible day!
According to the news the strike was limited to 1 day and it appears that the situation has now returned to normal. Can anyone confirm?

Yes, I took people to TLV very late last night for an early morning flight out.
