Philly field trip
My daughter is taking her 5th grade field trip to Philadelphia (we live in Northern NJ). My wife volunteered to chaperone a small group including my daughter and a few friends. They arrive Philly at 9am and tour the Liberty Bell Pavillion and Independence Hall until 10:30.
Then they break in to smaller groups and have 3 hours to hit some of the following attractions. We would appreciate any insight on the 2 or 3 things here that would be of greatest appeal to a bunch of pre-teen girls as well as anything to steer clear of. Also, anything good in the vicinity of these attractions that isn't on the list? Thanks!
1. Old City Hall
2. New Hall Military Museum
3. Second Bank of the U.S.
4. Declaration House
5. Free Quaker Meeting House
6. Christ Church Cemetary
7. Betsy Ross House
8. Christ Church

Probably worthwhile to check out the National Constitution Center since you are in the neighborhood.
(possible note of interest for a bunch of pre-teen girls...at the corner of 3rd and Arch is the house used during the season of Real World Philadelphia)
The Christ Church Cemetery is interesting (interesting for a cemetery) with its long list of dignitaries from the start of our country.
Betsy Ross can also be kind of cool.

I would second what was stated above and suggest the National Constitution Center. I've taken school kids there before and they really enjoy it.
If you go to the Betsy Ross house, Elfreth's Alley is right around the corner, plus that section of the city (Old City) has a lot of interesting, unique shopping; some of the best are located on 3rd street between Market and Race and also on 2nd street.
One other strong possibility for that age group would be to take one of the Duck Tours. Lots of zany fun and informative.

Thanks for the feedback. They ran out of time before they could see the Constitution Center, although we plan to visit it this summer on a family "stay-cation" basis.
Also, Elfreth's alley was a big hit.
