Is it possible to transfer from one concourse to another without reentering security?

Welcome to FlyerTalk!!
as far as I know, you will need to go through the screening while going
from one concourse to another.

You can transfer between the two piers at US uses with an airside bus. Otherwise, you have to reclear security.

It might take you less time just to reclear security. Lines at DCA don't tend to be very long anyway.

just walk. not sure what concourses you are connecting to/from, but it takes no time at all, and security is a breeze.
