Finally I get a chance to log on here and update you guys! :-D

To GoingAway, a BIG thank you - I did just that (called Red Top Cab) and made a reservation for a minivan. The driver came exactly on time (actually, about 5 minutes earlier) and the total charge came to $21 (plus $2 in tips). DEFINITELY not a bad deal, and the driver was friendly. I know how I'm going to get to DCA alternatively if metro is not available now in the future. Thanks! :-D

Now, I'm HOME. =)

Gre, hahaha, I don't even know you? :-P

Andrew

Glad it worked out for you. Enjoy your summer and stop by one of the DC area Happy Hours next year, maybe you can meet gre in person then.

Always happy to meet some FTers. I've only been to one DC Happy Hour but I plan to get to another one soooner or later (especially if they have another one at Grevey's which is about 2 miles from my house).
