IAD pavement failure??
Was checking status on flight delays in the East on http://www.fly.faa.gov/flyfaa/usmap.jsp, and found "Due to WEATHER/TSTMS AND PAVEMENT FAILURE, there is a Traffic Management Program in effect for traffic arriving Washington Dulles International Airport, Washington, DC (IAD). To see if you may be affected, select your departure airport and check "Delays by Destination".
Any info?

I don't know about the "pavement failure" but a tornado was spotted out near Dulles this afternoon. We (Fairfax County) were under a tornado warning until 4:45. Of course the sun is out now, but a few hours ago, the sky turned VERY dark and a storm with lightning, thunder, hail, rain, and high winds blew through. It was intense.
