Bwi

I'm traveling next week to Baltimore and have an airport question.
Does anyone know if baggage claim connects between terminals? I have friends coming in on Terminal D and I'm coming in on Terminal A/B. We need to meet to catch a hotel shuttle. Wondering if I'll be walking outside or inside. Thanks for any help!

Maybe the OP doesn't want to. Maybe the OP wanted an answer, not a suggestion.

Unfortunately I can't recall the answer to this, but BWI is not a huge airport so the distance will be minor either way.

actually the hotel requested that we combine groups so the shuttle can be most effective. Being as three of us come in close together, that's what we're trying to do.
I'll hope that someone else might be able to help me out.

Baggage claim is all in one general area, although not all areas are visible from one spot. Here's a link to a map that may help. The scale is a bit off, but it should give you a good idea.

Pick up your luggage, go outside and meet somewhere on the sidewalk in the middle ... near Terminal C. It really isn't that big an airport. You should be able to findd a place to meet.

You won't have to walk outside to meet your friend. You could meet in the middle at the Delta baggage claim area, it's #s 7,8 and 9.

Depending on the weather next week , I'd suggest remaining indoors and meeting up inside.

If nothing else, IIRC, the USO is in the middle of the airport on the ground (baggage claim) level.

You could all just meet there.
You can't get lost, since there are signs everywhere directing Servicemembers toward the USO.

Good Luck!
