Shower at IAD

Shower at IAD
I'm wondering if there is any shower facilities at IAD. It would be great if I can take a shower after my long MR and have a 2 hour layover. I'll be flying UA. On my last leg I don't want to have BO since i'll be in C

I'm not sure I'd even leave the secured area of IAD with only a 2 hour layover (they board 30-45 minutes before flight departs, so thats really only a bit over an hour). No public showers or in the RCCs at IAD.
