Metro to Redskins Game

Taking the metro to the Redskins game - Was planning to take the Blue Line and walk (about 1 mile i believe) from the relatively new Morgan Blvd station. I have in the past taken Metro to Landover on the Orange line and taken the shuttle buses but seems like walking from the new station is a little more efficient (don't mind walking some).

Anyone have different thoughts? (we are in Section 452 between A and H gates if that makes a difference to any experts out there)

Thanks

FOLLOW-UP NOTE
In case anyone does a search in the future - metro to Morgan Blvd station on the blue line and walk worked great. However if weather is bad or you don't like walking you may want to take the Orange line and shuttle bus. It is a 20-25 minute walk from the Morgan Blvd station to the stadium.(15-20 to get to the beginning of the parking lot and 5-10 to get from parking lot entrance up to stadium).

Thanks for the info. Usually I have a parking pass (Father-in-law has season tix and parking pass) but have taken the metro a few times. The buses are always slow.
