DC Question? Ask...

Hey guys and gals... I am pretty new around here, and thought I would introduce myself here.

I live in DC, love to travel, and work in marketing for corporate and entertainment clients (if I get any inside intel... I will pass it on )

That said, let me know if you have any DC questions... I am taking all inqueries.

SnipeHunt, thanks for the offer...

That being the case, what activities and/or restaurants would you recommend for families ? We (Mrs. Singlepoint and myself including 8- and 2-year old Singlepoints) are visiting your fair city this upcoming May. We're staying in downtown D.C. and were looking for any and all suggestions/advice. Fire away (and thanks).

Singlepoint

Snipe - Welcome to FT. Very kind of you to offer yourself up. I expect you will get lots of PM

If you are interested, there is a group that meets in DC on a month basis for drinks and dinner or lunch. Check it out in the community forum.

Clyde's in Georgetown (and maybe the other locations) has 1/2 price wine on Sundays. I assume they still do anyway, as it's been a few months since I've been there.

I believe Little Fountain Cafe (Adams Morgan) does half-priced wine on Wednesday nights. Very worth it, and the food is delicious to boot.

Cafe Deluxe -- I saw it advertised at the Tysons Corner location but I'd guess all the locations offer it. Not sure what night of the week it was, you'll have to call.
