There is no elite line at IAD; all passengers for all airlines are funneled into a single line in the main terminal. In my experience the line moves fairly quickly; however, that does not necessarily mean it will be short.

In fact it will be fairly long. Especially between 4 and 6pm, even worse on Thu and Fri. Extremely frustrating to see the line snake nearly out the door of the terminal on some days. But it does indeed move quickly.
