two new restaurants in DC

I thought these looked good from Zagat.com

Caribbean Breeze: Mike Cordero's (Café Salsa) upcoming tropical art deco extravaganza in Ballston (4100 N. Fairfax Dr.) will feature Latino tapas, a seviche bar and Cuban-style steaks.

MoZu: Designer Tony Chi (Aqua, Las Vegas, Asiate, New York) is creating a dramatic Asian-inspired setting for this sophisticated French-Asian seafooder in the new Mandarin Oriental on the Southwest waterfront (1330 Maryland Avenue, SW). The hotel will also house Café Chi, an all-day Contemporary American with panoramic water views and a cocktail lounge.
