If you have time on a long layover in PHL, check out Cibo, It is a real restaurant serving tasty Italian on real linens! Excellent wine bar as well. The owner has the chops he is the real deal. This IS NOT TGI Fridays.

The Sky Asian Bistro in Terminal C is excellent as well.
