IAD Connection Question
I'm looking at arriving from CHS into IAD at 4:21 scheduled. Connecting to OS94 scheduled departure 5:05 on a separate ticket. Traveling first/business, no bags. Looks like the flight from CHS arrives at A and OS departs from B. OS allows OLCI.
Is this insane?

Insane, yes, but if your flight is on time then you'll have no issues. A walk from A5 to B42 (Turkish Airlines lounge) is 8 minutes on a moderate paced walk.

Completely insane. Today, UA flights CHS-IAD arrive at D12, A4A and D18 respectively.
So many things can go wrong, among them:
OLCI is unavailable
Gate agent forces you to gate check carry-on meaning 5-10 min wait for pick-up on arrival
Inbound flight is delayed by ten mins or more
You arrive at a C or D gate
If you need to be in VIE the next morning, take an earlier flight.
