IAD adds TSA "Premium" line in FIS
FIS is the CBP facility for connecting passengers in the C Concourse at IAD. Following CBP formalities and baggage re-check, passengers go through TSA screening. Unfortunately, there is no Pre-Check there. But a "Premium" passengers line has been added to get *Gold/First/Business passengers to the head of the TSA queue. The entrance to this is on your right as you approach TSA screening area.

Here's the picture - taken when there was no traffic. When there is traffic, an attendant is checking for eligibility.
Unfortunately, there is no room for Pre-Check there...

UA staff in FIS told me yesterday that they are negotiating with TSA & MWAA to add PreCheck there. No idea of the timeframe yet.
