BWI: Is airside transfer from D to C possible?

Planning a trip from BWI to DFW. AA leaves from concourse C where there is no lounge and no pre-check. I believe that on concourse D next door, both pre-check and lounges are available. Is there a way to transfer from D to C airside? Thank you!

I don't believe so. They just remodeled the C security area linking it to A and B.

I do not think you can get to D gate area airside. HOWEVER, the C security lines are hardly used. Very short. Doesn't solve your lounge issues though.

As this question is more related to the airport itself than to AA, I've moved it to the relevant destination forum for this area. Good luck with your travels!
