Customs IAD vs BWI
DD is coming from London to DC late October. Good flights at OK prices to both BWI and IAD.
Thoughts on which is better? In the past it has always been IAD, with variable waits depending on time of arrival.
We're about the same distance from either.

I'm not sure I'd use customs wait time as a criteria for booking a flight. There are way fewer TATLs into BWI than IAD. As a consequence, fewer options if your flight is rescheduled or canceled etc.

BWI is much nicer all round. Since the international terminal is so small it just seems to go better.
IAD was so busy, and the customs guys seemed SOOOO bored.
IAD has much better availability for flights, but BWI is by far the easier airport.
Customs shouldn't be the decider for the airport, there are so many other reasons to hate IAD
