PHL->IAD->NRT
Greetings,
Haven't been able to find anything using the search feature regarding Transferring from a Domestic to an International flight at IAD (lots of International to Domestic posts).
I haven't flown internationally through IAD so this is new to me.
I'm flying to IAD from PHL on United tomorrow morning in ordfer to transfer to a flight to NRT (ANA).
Will I need to recheck my luggage?
If I do need to recheck my luggage, do I recheck my bag at the ticket counter or is there a "transfers" gate I can go to to check my luggage (assuming I can "check the luggage through").
Thanks in Advance!
Dave

ANA leaves from B terminal. Since you're arriving from PHL on UA, you might be arriving in the C or D terminals. If C, take the train to the last stop (one stop after Arrivals) to get to B. If D, take the shuttle.
