The Prime Rib in Philly
I have to be in Philly next week and have been craving prime rib. Any experience with this restaurant? Or, any information on where I can get great prime rib in the city?

Go with Barclay Prime right around the corner.
http://www.barclayprime.com/
Or over on Walnut St., Butcher and Singer
http://www.butcherandsinger.com/
These are both Philly based restaurants rather than a chain.

I guess the Prime Rib is your best bet then! I know on off peak nights (Sunday through Wednesday or Thursday) you can bring your own wine with no corkage fee.
