Not sure about BJX specifically, but mexico airports tend to be relatively expensive to park at. They don't have an economy/distant shuttle type of set up like the US. Parking usually in lots across the street.
If it is like Toluca or Tijuana or MEX, expect daily parking rates of $15-25, though just maybe BJX is less.

Parking at BJX
Its 19 pesos/hour as I write 5/09 I think its up to 22 hrs and then a flat or lower rate thereafter. Before they paved the lot a few years ago it was $5 a day!
