Our group of four recently returned from a wonderful week at the Grand Mayan in Acapulco. While planning our trip I read a lot of reviews about Acapulco and recommendations for drivers/guides. I was so fortunate to find Benjamin Alarcon! Benjamin made our good vacation a great one! Benjamin carrying a sign with our names on it met us at the Acapulco Airport. What a great welcome and a terrific beginning to our fun-filled, well organized week. Benjamin took us on tours of the city, a historic tour of the area and a day trip to Taxco, The Silver City. Each evening Benjamin picked us up at our hotel and drove us to a wonderful restaurant for dinner. We always looked forward to our surprise and each meal better than the next with amazing ambiance and fabulous views in most of his selections. Being a group of four, we asked Benjamin to drive us in his roomy and comfortable air-conditioned Suburban. He also has an air-conditioned sedan available at a slightly lower cost. Benjamin speaks perfect English and was more like a friend than a driver and if anyone is planning a trip to Acapulco, I highly recommend that you contact him before leaving home. What a find!
