In-N-Out in CDMX?

Just an FYI - Supposedly, "In N Out" has a franchise location that opened today in CDMX (Coyoacan), (Av. Francisco Sosa 165, Del Carmen, Coyoacán, 04100 Ciudad de México, CDMX). I've read the article below but it's really vague if the location is permanent or not. I used to live on that street and ate at that location which had traditional Mexican restaurants, art museum, etc. It was crowded there on a normal day for their cafe. There's not a lot of parking access in that area. If it turns out that "In N Out" will be in CDMX permanently I'll start another thread for newcomers. But I have a feeling this is just a pop-up location, but I could be wrong.

This location is only a temporary pop-up for testing the local area.
