CUN hotel transfer

So our trip that has been postponed for 18 months is finally proceeding. We usually use Cheap Transfers for hotel ride to and from CUN as was recommended on this board years ago. But trying to communicate with them has become difficult, almost seems like the don't have any English speakers anymore. And we had a personal favorite driver, Ulysses who is no longer with them (I think.) Has anyone used Cheap Transfers Cancun lately? Any thoughts on getting to Hotel Zone from CUN? I heard Uber was a hassle, but that info is dated too. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

I've used Canada Transfer last three trips. Pretty smooth (once it took them a few minutes to find my reservation but to be fair I usually book the morning of the flight).

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. We ended up using Cheap Transfers Cancun. They were great. We requested a driver we had used in the past (Ulises). He picked us up on time and we then used him for travel around Cancun and back to the airport. We tipped well and got superior service.

I was actually looking at a transfer company and Cheap Transfer Cancun is actually not too bad for $96 return CUN-Hotel in Playa del Carmen....
Uber looks unavailable in the area (at least I tried doing a bogus quotation on the app and it did not work). Most other transfers were around $60 each way.
