Domestic connection timing

We are flying Cun-Mex-Zlo in Feb and just got notice of 2nd leg time bumped up. We now have 35 min for connection, is it possible? We will also be packing dive gear. Both flights on AM.

That's awfully, uncomfortably tight IMO.

I'm sure they'd reroute you on the next available flight, but potentially your dive bag would be sitting on the carousel a while at Manzanillo - Playa de Oro airport. (I've had an instance at MIA when someone blatantly tried to steal my dive bag - glad I went there directly!)

OT: Given the degree of possible pilferage in the world's airports, I carry my regs and computers broken down onboard in a bag. It's easy enough to use a dive tool or wrench from my dive bag or the local dive op to put the gear and hoses together at my destination. (Posts about diving are fish bait to me - it's my 60th year of diving.)
