Mexico City transit cards: interchangeable?

Does anyone know if the RFID fare cards for the Metro and Metrobus in Mexico City are interchangeable? It seems that the 2 systems are separate, so I assume the cards are not interchangeable, but I thought I would ask.

And are there RFID fare cars for the regular RTP buses?

Thanks,
BillJ

Mexico City

I do not think the fare cards are interchangable - at least I've not seen that when I've used the two systems. RTP busses are exact change/coins only, from what I've experienced.
