As of today all my stays have posted along with Amex points. Finally. The totals updates along the way, but there was no detail available. They also apparently took 4 LT nights away ... what gives? Not that it matters, but they got to get their act together here.

Spoke to AMEX CSR via Chat:

Points were calculated 6x for the entire SPG spend (without regard to taxes/fees), but there were adjustments of 1x of AMEX Offers. Also, points are calculated based on the nearest dollar rounded down.

Same here now. My account is 100% correct. 2 stays after Aug 18 have posted (totals updated, no line item activity when they first posted - but now the latter displays correctly for both stays).

(I'm combined, SPG Plat, SPG leading #)

My 2 stays are still missing. Contacting the hotels, both of them said they will look into it. The first hotel that I stayed on 18-20 Aug told me they have contacted Marriott and they got (Auto reply?) that the response will be slow due to overwhelming email.

So what to do?

My stay count recorded correctly even though some stays is not listed on the account activity list.
Last 3 stays seems posted within 2 working days
(2-4 Sept, 4-6 Sept 6-8 Sept stays)

Got 2 more stays not yet posted dated 9-11 Sept and 12-13 Sept

Sorry for the cross post, but I had forgotten about this thread and this is really where it should have been.

We recently (post merger) booked a Sheraton Suites through my wife's uncombined Marriott account. The reservation showed in her Marriott account and has now properly posted to her Marriott account. Points, elite night and Ambassador dollars all appear to be correct. It also showed up on the Activity page.

Called in to the platinum line today because I had 22 welcome bonus points not post. He basically seemed bothered that I was calling in. Normally they just add the points for me on the phone. He told me it would take him to long to do this and for me to send a email with the dates, confirmation number and hotel name/ address to [email protected]

First time I have ever even heard about this option to add the points this way. Finally after telling him that this would take me probably 30 mins to research hotel names, confirmation numbers, addresses of hotels and type all of this up he added the points in 3 mins for me.

I just did, but I notice my stay on 18-20Aug, there is no SPG number there and I notice on the other one the last 4 digits is my "old" MR account but it also did not post there

Forgot to mention - at some point in the past week, I had four different amenity points post (some pre-8/18, some post-8/18, all legacy Marriott), 1,700 points total. Had never had any issues w/the base stays themselves posting. So this also may be a known bug & getting swept.

Now they are just trying to alienate me with posts like this (legacy FS Marriott, where things *should* work better than legacy Starwoods):

+4,027 Points

(2,301 Base + 1,726 Elite + 0 Extra)

They posted yesterday with just Base + Elite, and now it's like they are purposefully shining a light that they have no clue I deserved a 1,000 point amenity with the 0 Extra

Did you mean 22 stays? No way I would have considered doing that by phone. Yesterday I sent in a request for for stays with missing amenity points. I included the check-in and check-out dates and locations, so that they could identify them among my posted stays, seeing that each had a zero amenity.

What's the norm for how long stays are taking to post (when they're posting at all), and how long should we wait before complaining about missing stays in the new world? This is becoming a full time job...

We do allow up to 7 days post check out for our properties to post stays to member accounts. If this time frame has passed, send a copy of your eFolio to [email protected]. You can also scan a copy of your printed hotel folio.
