Transfer Miles to BA
Has anyone recently converted points into BA miles? How long did it take for the miles to appear in your BA account? Did a search, but don't see any information newer than a few years ago.

Not exactly recent but last August and they showed up within a week.

I did this last December and it was about a week. What I didn't know however, was just how much tax BA would charge me for my "free" tickets - about $900 for two free tickets to Europe. You really can't tell until you go through the process and then its too late. By comparison, the US airlines were charging about $100 at that time.
