Reliability of MR Mall????
Does anybody use the Rewards Mall enough to have a good feel for its' reliability? I gave it a try nearly 4 months ago, and have had points post from 1 transaction out of 3. Cookies were working fine. Is that par for the course?

That's kinda what I figured - not a real popular way to earn points, huh? For what it's worth, points from Gap and Sierra Trading Post never posted, points from Musician's Friend posted within a couple of days.

Sierra Trading post purchase on Sep 16 posted on Oct 28. The Walking Company purchase on July 17 posted on Aug 20. Polo.com purchase on May 15 posted on June 3. All of my purchases at Marriott Mall have posted successfully. I hope that helps.

Bought flowers on FTD in early May. Cookies on. Entered MR# at beginning, and again on checkout. Still have not posted.

I've only used it once (for Company Store) and iirc the website was a bit wonky and made me slightly afraid I wouldn't get my points.
However, the points did post and without me having to chase them down

Save your screenshot!!!!
When you first land at a merchants page (after clicking though on the Marriott Mall portal) print out(or save)that opening page since it has all the affiliate transaction Id number.
I have had to provide that info on more than one occassion and it is pretty much needed if you need to elevate the request for missing points.
The customer service for the portal(which is shared amongst a few airlines and Marriott)is based in Phonerepistan and is not pleasant to deal with.
After far too many delays in posting of points for VERY major purchases($17k) and having to chase purchases several times I abandoned this altogether.I refuse to give money to either Marriott Rewards nor the Portal service for such a pooly run system.
I now use ebates or Mr. Rebates.
