SPG Status Match?
Will Marriott match my SPG status (Gold)? If so, what do I need to do?

In general, Marriott doesn't match status levels. So you can ask, but don't expect it. What is more likely is that they will offer you a status Challenge. You might be offered something like stay 12 nights in 90 days and get Gold or possibly 18 nights in 90 days for Plat.
