Point transfer with different name
Hi, I am sorry if this has been asked somewhere.
I am trying to transfer my Marriott reward points to a family member's AAdvantage, could be same last name but definitely different first name. I am wondering if it is allowed. Thanks for the help.

Not directly. First your relative must open his/her own Marriott acct.
2. Then s/he makes a dummy res. for the number of points.
3. U transfer points to cover their res.
4. A few days later they cancel.
5. Transfer from there to their AA.
