And not only are BB's getting scarcer, but usage rules are getting more and more strict
HEY, we will just miss you in Aruba. That is where we are going on the 5th of June from Dulles with a JFK connection. We are on JetBlue.

We own a week at Surf Club but are staying a few extra nights at Stellaris. Stellaris is currently going for $150/night that week. We couldn't resist staying a bit longer.

Have a great time!

(We did book Marriott FS for two nights.)

Anyway, pricing for the Marriott Dulles for Thursday only is $189/night. HOWEVER, if I price Thursday-Saturday, price drops to $71/night. This price drop is true for all of the Marriott Dulles Properties.

I will probably get the room for both nights and just leave Friday w/o checking out.
I would book the room and check out on friday. Generally you'll keep the rate you booked and most hotels will let you depart early with no penalty. Some do have a penalty, but generally not.
