Requested Award Section Points Shown in Reverse?
So I was just looking at my award redemption and it looks like positive numbers are deductions and negative numbers are additions?
02/1/09 1 Night, Category 8 Hotel 40,000 pts
05/6/09 0870 TRAVEL PACKAGE CATEGORY 6 HOTEL AWARD -25,000 pts
Can someone please clarify?

Yep. That matches my Account Activity sheet. Personally, I'm not too worried with how they list account activity. As long as they are consistent and their balance matches what I thought my balance should be, I'm happy.
