2nd Protein Returning to FS Concierge Breakfast
This week I had the opportunity to speak with a FS Marriott General Manager. During our conversation, he mentioned that the second protein was coming back to the Concierge Lounge breakfast in the FS Marriotts. I didn’t ask when the meat was making a return to go with the scrambled eggs, so sorry I cannot provide that much more detail. Also, this may have been posted recently, so I apologize if it has been already disclosed. Anyone else hear about this return for the Concierge Lounge breakfast?

I think your thread title is a touch misleading since it is based on the say-so of a single Marriott GM. Hopefully he's right, but maybe not.

I appreciate the info and hope it turns out to be true. Lounge access is my number one reason for my continued loyality to Marriott. Its nice when the lounges actually provide food worth entering for.

I just got back from the TPA REN all week. I was surprised that there were no eggs but a heating dish of bacon/sausage each day. Being a yogurt/fruit/cereal/oatmeal man myself, I thought it was odd. But I do applaud them for putting out a decent spread morning, evening and even all day snacks that seemed on par with the items from my last stay, pre CL devaluation. The nice attendant, Theresa did say they got the mandate to cut back which might be true if there was a ton of elites staying there instead of being sold out on convention traffic.

Just returned from Marriott Fallsview in Niagara Falls. The morning breakfast in the C/L consisted of two meats and no scrambled eggs, just hard boiled eggs. They also had yogurts, instant oatmeal, bread, cereal, and pastry.

Been staying at Phoenix Ariport Marriott for about two months now. Haven't see any changes. Just the cheese gets cut differently sometimes. It's always some kind of sausage and hard boiled eggs. They have the Italian meats plate though, which I like. Other than that really not much to talk about.

This morning at the FS SAT Marriott there is bacon in the Concierge Lounge.
Sorry my thread title is misleading to some and the thread was thought to be inaccurate due to the fact I received the information from the hotel GM and not the lady who turns down my bed in the evening and leaves me candy.

Based on numerous threads on the Marriott board (and others), pronouncements by a single property GM as to what will happen system-wide, have not been particularly reliable.
