Renaissance in Richardson, TX

Hello,
I have an upcoming stay at the Renaissance in Richardson, Texas and I was wondering if anyone had an email at which I can contact the GM regarding an upgraded room. There is no email at all on the website, so if anyone has any email address for this property, it would be great. I already called the Gold Elite line and requested an upgrade to a suite, but I thought the best way to get a suite would be to email the hotel manager directly. Usually I am OK with just any upgraded room, but I am traveling with 3 others and a suite would be perfect.

Thanks,
mbmiles88

In all honesty the best way to get a suite would be to book and pay for a suite. As a gold elite you may have a tough time getting their best room if there are Plat/Plat Premiers on site, not to mention the fact that suites are explicitly kept out of the upgrade verbage for MR members.

But to answer your question this would have been an easy answer a few months ago as the GM of that hotel was my neighbor, but he has since taken over management of a hotel in Colorado so I do not know the answer to your question.

Perhaps calling the front desk at the number listed on webpage and asking for the GM would help you?

Since you're asking for an exception to normal upgrade policy, I believe that personal, direct communication would be much more effective than an email.
