How long does it take for points to miles transfers?
Just wondered what recent experiences are with this - if I transfer Marriott Rewards points to AA, UA, or DL airline miles (via a travel package) wondering how long it is likely to take.

I've done US, AA & DL. All took about 24 hours.

Any updates on time to post for a (non-travel package) transfer of MR points to airline mileage?

Hello:
The time it takes mileage to post depends upon the airline. Some of them, such as DE and BA, will post within 48 hours. Others such as CO and UA take 1-2 weeks. Others may take 2-4 weeks, some 4-6 weeks, and a few can even take 6-8 weeks, although there are no U.S. carriers that take longer than 2-4 weeks.
All of those are "within" time-frames, meaning that the miles often post faster but are guaranteed not to take any longer. Just to throw one more variable in there, some airlines--but not all--offer express delivery, which guarantees the miles will post within three business days for a $15 charge (free for Platinum members). MR CS reps can quote you the delivery time-frame for any of our airline partners.
Ordering a mileage reward versus a travel package doesn't affect the delivery time: the miles will post within the same amount of time for a given airline. Whenever possible, allow plenty of lead time when transferring MR points to miles, in case you need them to go to an airline that doesn't post for a few weeks.
Cheers,
