Wait to upgrade Marriott VISA?

Wait to upgrade Marriott VISA?
I have the standard marriott visa but I wondering if I should go ahead and upgrade to the premier card with the 25K bonus or whether I should hold out for a better deal? Any thoughts?

If you upgrade and get the points let me know. I went from a Marriott Rewards card to a Premier card ($65/yearly) and was told twice I would get the 25K bonus points. They never did show up. About 6 calls later I have given up and was told very emphatically I could only receive the point once and since I already received when I open the Marriott Rewards Visa card I would not receive with my Premier card. I was VERY upset as I had planned for those points for my vacation.

With some searching you can probably find a variety of offers. I've seen some as high as 40K bonus points, some with 35K and 15 stay credits, etc..
