PrePay NonRefundable Rates & LNF?
If a Marriott property offers an "Advance Purchase Non Refundable" rate on the Marriott website (straight rate search - no promo code) but the per night - same room type price is higher than the "Advance Purchase Non Refundable" rate offered on another website (ie Hotels.com) would that qualify for the LNF guarantee?

Yes. I've never tried it though as I prefer to be able to cancel if it gets denied.
